lil’qr is an awesome tool to add QR code to any webpage. It does not require to follow any complex procedure, just place a one-line HTML code anywhere on your webpage – and it will display the QR code for the URL of that page.

For example, I have placed the following QR code on this post page. Simply scan it with any QR code reader, and you will get the URL of this post page:

To add QR code using lil’qr, place the following HTML code on your webpage or site template:

You can also grab this code from the website of lil’qr. Alternatively, you embed this image directly on your website. Hence, you can add QR codes to the sites which restrict JavaScript etc., like WordPress.com, by embedding the above image.
