Facebook Gets Full HTTPS Support

Facebook has announced full support for HTTPS, which is now available for all pages of the #1 social networking website. Earlier, only login pages had this feature, which makes using Facebook much secured.

Though, HTTPS is not turned on by default – and users need to activate it manually. To activate full HTTPS  for your account, visit "Account Security" section of "Account Settings" page here. Facebook said, "Starting today we’ll provide you with the ability to experience Facebook entirely over HTTPS. You should consider enabling this option if you frequently use Facebook from public Internet access points".
