NoteTree is a new Chrome extension for managing text notes with Google Chrome. It is the best note-management utility for Chrome. As developer Thomas Messier describes, NoteTree is inspired by popular Firefox add-on ScrapBook, and allows users to create and manage text notes. You can create folders and sub-folders to organize notes. NoteTree also support keyboard shortcut of your choice (the default is Alt + k, though not working for me).

To start using NoteTree, install it from here. You will notice its button on Chrome’s toolbar. Click on this button to launch NoteTree window, which can be easily resized. Certainly, NoteTree lacks features like rich text editing, insert images etc. – it is a plain simple notepad for Chrome. A must have extension for Chrome users.
