Google has incorporated two new enhancements in Google Instant. These enhancements now allow users to search more features like News etc. Google says about these enhancements, "New keyboard navigation features allow you to fly through and choose your Instant search results using just your keyboard, with no need for a mouse or touchpad. And check out how Google Instant works on many of the search features listed on the left hand navigation of the search results page.".

Users can use arrow keys to navigate through the search options, predictions and results. For example, to search only videos using Google Instant, click on Videos option on the left navigation bar. This will instantly show up video results in real time, as you type your query. You can also navigate through the predictions, and instant search results will appear as you hit the up/down key. Google Instant already supports keyboard shortcut (right arrow key) for “I’m Feeling Lucky”.
