Users can find this button next to the play button, which pop-ups a control slider panel. This panel can be used for setting play speed.

This new feature is really awesome, and provides more control to users. Though, the audio and video quality is not satisfactory at the moment, but as the service is presently in beta, we should expect improvement in future. [ via Blogoscoped ]
