Nocs – Desktop App For Google Docs
Nocs is a simple notepad application for Windows, with ability to sync with Google Docs. This desktop client for Google Docs enables you to create, edit and save documents in Google Docs from the desktop.
Here are some cool features of Nocs:
- Sign-in with your Google Docs credentials. No extra registration require.
- Supports folders. Browser, create, delete or rename folders. Drag & drop documents to/from folders.
- Load and save local files (.txt format). Hence, it can be used as offline notepad too. Though, there is no option for offline sync.
- Tabbed interface. Work on multiple files simultaneously.
- Supports word wrap, font customization, context menu commands etc.
- Users can customize proxy settings for connection.
- Lightweight. FREE!!
Nocs is a very minimal tool, which does not support rich text editing yet. It works only for text document (no spreadsheet or ppt 
) It is the perfect alternative of Notepad, and saves your files on the clouds. I’m very excited about this desktop client for Google Docs!!
