FireTorrent is a Firefox add-on which works as the native torrent client for Firefox. It integrates torrent download support to Firefox and hence you don’t need to have another separate torrent client.
Install this add-on from here, and restart Firefox to use it. Once you completed these steps, you will be able to download torrents files just as a regular downloads in Firefox.
Although, it lacks some basic features of a torrent downloader still it is another must-have add-on for Firefox. I would prefer it for downloading small sized torrents from safe sources.
The developers of FireTorrent also offer another add-on : FireDownload, which claims to increase download speed of Firefox up to ten times.
