Google Wave’s Fail Whale

We see Fail Whale when twitter experiences an outage. Google Wave has its own similar feature – which is shown when Wave is down for maintenance.

You can see it live @ http://wave.google.com/maintenance/index.html even when Wave is not down. ;)
