Mozilla is hosting a very exciting worldwide event – Mozilla Service Week 2009. In this week-long event, The Mozilla Foundation is asking individuals to step up and make a difference by using the Web to better their community.
The Internet is one of the most powerful inventions and everyday we discover another utilization of it in daily life. Certainly, it has upgraded every aspect of life. But, it is also true that only a small fraction of world population is enjoying this great tool and rest of the world is yet to discover its advanced features, mainly because of non-availability of technical assistance and resources.
It is the responsibility of every netizen to spread online culture and help others to learn and explore web tools. The Mozilla Service Week is targeted to fulfill this responsibility. If you wish to participate in this initiative, sign up here. Also see this page to get more ideas to help the people around you.
And if you are looking for any technical assistance regarding Internet / Web 2.0 (in New Delhi / NCR/ Ghaziabad) – please feel free to contact me (even after the 21st September :) ) via e-mail : arpit[at]arpitnext.com or call 99 90 90 80 50. I am also conducting an Internet Workshop at a local school on 19th, 20th and 21st September with some friends.
