Here is a great news for RTI activists of India. CIC (The Central Information Commission) of India has launched a website for filing complaints and second appeals online.

Though, you can’t file a fresh RTI application online yet as there is no supported way for submitting the fees, but this may be available very soon as CIC is planning to incorporate credit cards for making payments.
