Lazyfeed – Real Time Content Discovery Engine
In the last month Louis Gray reviewed a very new kind of webapp – Lazyfeed, which has appealed me a lot. Let’s have a look on it.
What is Lazyfeed?
Lazyfeed is a content discovery engine. It is the next generation of RSS readers. It takes users beyond the boundary of subscribed blogs and feeds, and collects interesting stuffs from all around the web.
How It Works ..
Lazyfeed scans the entire blogosphere for the “tags“. You can save (i.e.; add) the keywords as per your choice and Lazyfeed will deliver videos, blogposts, links and photos tagged with that term, in real time.

You have another way to add your interest. You can add your favorite blogs, twitter profiles, delicious or flickr account for a more personalized output. In this case, Lazyfeed will automatically extract “tags” from your sources and deliver related stuffs from the entire cyberspace in real time.
Of course, you can block some sources.
Drawbacks
Users can’t opt for only certain sources for content. Although, tags can be extracted from the selected sources but n’t the content, and hence you have an over burden of irrelevant content in some cases.
Certainly, it is a powerful tool but only if you are hungry for content. You can now get the best related stuff from the entire web, in real time.
