Firefox users can use these scripts easily by installing greasemonkey add-on. Fortunately, Opera can also run few greasemonkey scripts and here is how you can use them :

Step 1 > Set the scripts location

Create a folder anywhere on your pc to save scripts locally. Now, go to Tools > Preferences and select the Advanced tab. Choose the Content option now and hit the JavaScript Options button.

At the bottom of this panel, click on the choose button and browse the created folder.

Step 2> Save Desired Scripts

Now, you are ready to use greasemonkey scripts in Opera. Browse the UserScripts.org for scripts and save scripts locally in the created folder – by a right click on the install button.

Opera runs only few user scripts, so you may miss some of your favorite scripts :(
