President Of India Secretariat Launches Online Help Portal

President Of India Secretariat has launched a helpline portal.

PRESIDENT'S SECRETARIAT HELPLINE
The site http://helpline.rb.nic.in/ provides a gateway to file a request or grievance online. Citizens can register and track the status of their grievances through the site. The portal will allow people to petition the President directly.

We have seen the major step towards the e-governance in the Rastrapati Bhavan during Dr. Kalam’s turn.  The official website of Indian President had got many interactive features during his turn. After him, now Mrs. Patil seems to try her best to continue the e-governance agenda.

This move is really appreciable. :)

It is a welcome and appreciable step that the Hon’ble President’s office is just a click away to the common man. It is a step in tune with the time and technology.

Inspite of several complaints lodged to the president of India secretariate who transferred the case to the concerned departments/dopt/cs. no action had been taken by them till now. Nobody is listening to my complaint. It is very unfortunate of being a lady employee in India.
