As the name suggests Twoogle = Twitter Search + Google Search.
Twoogle searches the Google and Twitter (of course, in real time) simultaneously. The result page opens in split-screen format, showing both twitter results and Google results which can be switched to either of them by the toggle buttons provided at top.
And, if you don’t like this idea try this greasemonkey script for adding reat time search results from twitter to Google result page.
