How To Manually Set Your Location In Google Latitude


Google Latitude is an attracting service for everyone on internet. But, many netizens have to miss it just because of not having an enabled phone (or, if they don’t use those costly per KB plans). Follow these steps to update your location on Google Latitude manually using your computer. You will need internet service on your computer to use this trick.

  • Now, select the option to set your location manually.

And, you are done!!!

Now, whenever you need to update your location, simply use the same iGoogle gadget to drag and drop your latitude icon. You can update your location to the available zoom levels.

    Thanks for this. I commented on another tech blog about how I wished I could join without entering my phone, and then I find instructions here. I entered my nearest major intersection so people could know which part of town I’m from.
