Yeah ! the best part of Moz back Up is that It Not Only Back ups the add ons But Also The data Associated With It. So If you have Scrapbook Installed and Have saved say 50 pages It can back up all Those local 50 pages … you can Mount the Backup File On any Computer You wish.
A good Idea May be To install Portable Firefox In USB and Keep a back up of Your Firefox profile ready in Your USB. So that You can Have your Firefox addons Following You Wherever you are …:)

The FEBE actually allows scheduled backup. Turns out it has a lot of options too. With only minor experience with both, I’m not sure which is the best though.
