Realtime Twitter Search Results on Google Result Page



Twitter has became an excellent source for getting updates on any event. You can get latest updates from all over the world instantly. Here is a Greasemonkey script which will add 5 latest tweets related to your keyword with your Google Search Results.

The script can be installed on firefox. You need to install the Greasemonkey Add-on first in order to use this script.

This is the simplest way to add twitter search results to Google search result page.

UPDATE : ;) Now, Download Squad has also covered this script! Lee Mathews has suggested another user script which will add a simple Twitter link next to Web that displays results with the Twitter user’s avatar on their own page. Thanks Mathews!

    The second script, with user icons, does not work for me. I’m guessing it’s because I have FF addon “Customize Google” installed (I have not tested this since I’d have to reload FF).

    The first script, without user icons, does work without changing addons.
