Thanks Matt For WordPress
Attending WordCamp India (organised at Noida) was a great experience for me. Meeting Matt Mullenweg – the developer of WordPress, has given me a new insight. ![]()

I have learned a lot of things from the event sessions. Here are some of them :
- How To Get Started After Installing WordPress : By Abhijeet Mukherjee (#Link)
- Writing WordPress Plugin : By Karthik Bala (#Link)
- Google AdSense Optimization Tips : By Amit Agrawal (#Link)
- About Adobe AIR : By Adobe Guys
- IT Act and Cybercrime, CopyRight : By Pavan Duggal (Great!)
- WordPress Quiz : By Ankur Banerjee
Veteran Blogger Om Malik was also among the speakers & gave his valuable tips on blogging.

The event was very successful and following image is a proof of this.
I have just shifted to WordPress and currently exploring it. I have found that it is easier to handle, optimized for publishing and highly customizable. I am very thankful to Matt and all other developers behind WordPress. WordPress, I guess, is the most loved open source project after Firefox and OpenOffice.
Meeting many bloggers and micro-bloggers was also a very nice experience. Got many tips from them, specially from Amit Sir on taking blogging as full-time job. Thanks everyone ![]()
I am waiting eagerly for next WordCamp.
