Prince gets Tags – FeedDemon 2.8 Beta 3 is out

I was missing the new “tag” feature in the Prince newspaper style of FeedDemon 2.8 Beta 2, and so requested Nick Bradbury to add the tags to my favorite and default style. And, he promised to add this feature in next update. Today, with the release of Beta 3, the Prince has got the tags.

I love Prince style because of its simplicity.

Here are some other changes in beta 3 :

• Added: “What’s New” page now displays at startup after upgrading
• Added: Support for GIF, PNG, JPEG, BMP and truecolor ICO favicons (149843)
• Added: “Manage Tags” added to tag editor
• Added: “Export Newspaper” added to File menu – exports all posts from all pages in the active newspaper to an external HTML document
• Changed: “Next Page” added back to status bar
• Fixed: Tag editor steals focus from newspaper

Get the Beta 3 of FeedDemon 2.8 now. Hoping the release of final work very soon.
