Ever thought “Your Comments on Orkut can land you in Jail” ?

Yes ! It is true and now , there are laws for that in India too .

Please be careful while commenting in any community or even in scrapbook on Orkut as it may land you in jail . Surely , when they are obscene about someone .

Rahul Vaid of Gurgaon ( India ) was arrested due to same reason . A Report by Neha Sharma in Today’s ( 31st May , 2008 ) Hindustan Times ( Delhi Edition ) says that the boy commented on a community ” I Hate Sonia Gandhi” and got caught by police .

I searched Orkut for that community , but couldn’t find it ! Perhaps , it get deletion !!
